AYSO is an all-Volunteer organization. Without the work of our volunteers, we wouldn’t exist! And the more volunteers we have, the more programs we can offer, and the more teams and players we can support. All volunteers will be given training and support for their roles. Currently, we are seeking General Volunteers to help set up goals, put out cones, and help things run smoothly on game days. We also have the following open positions who work with our existing board:

• Awards Coordinator (trophies and medals for the kids!)

• Coach Equipment Coordinator (Make sure everyone has their coach gear)

• Communications Coordinator (Help or board craft and send out their various season messages)

• Event Coordinator (Fall Kickoff, Spring Kickoff)

• Game Schedule Coordinator (Help our Coach Admin and Field Coordinator plan the game schedule for each season)

• Picture Day Coordinator (Plan and schedule picture day; only happens once a season!)

• Practice Coordinator (Help our Coach Admin and Field Coordinator plan the UK and Team practice schedule for each season)

• Team Parent Coordinator (be the point of contact for the team parents)

• Uniform Coordinator (work with our commissioner to order and distribute uniforms each season)

• Division Coordinators

As well as a few remaining open Board positions:

• Registrar

• Assistant Registrar

• Treasurer

• Secretary

• Coach Administrator

• Safety Director

Yes! Volunteers who Referee will earn once playoff point per game they ref. That includes center and line reffing.

Each team must have 8 referee points accrued by the end of the season to qualify to advance in playoffs, so this is a vital role for your team!
